1 Corinthians 10:1-4 ALT
(1) Now I do not want you* to be unaware, brothers [and sisters], that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea, (2) and all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, (3) and all ate the same spiritual food, (4) and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking of a spiritual rock following [them]; but that rock was Christ.
This is the Bible's only use of the term Spiritual Food; and these verses clearly tie "Spiritual Food" to the Christ. [They reference the 40 years the ancient Jews wandered in the wilderness on the nation's way to the promised land, so the wicked among them would die off and never see God's promise.] (Deu 8:3 of 1-11) Jesus said we need to eat his flesh and drink his blood; (John 6:51-54 of 45-59) meaning we should consume and live on his teachings. So, the only reliable source of Spiritual Food are the words of Jesus Christ. (John 6:63; Heb 4:12 of 7-16) Any person or group who claims to speak for Christ or even God by asserting they are producing "new Spiritual Food" would thus seem liars.

(2) They were all united with Moses by baptism in the cloud and in the sea. (3) All of them ate the same spiritual food, (4) and all of them drank the same spiritual drink. They drank from the spiritual rock that went with them, and that rock was Christ.

They drank from the spiritual rock that went with them; and that rock was Christ himself.

For they used to drink from the spiritual rock-mass that followed them, and that rock-mass meant the Christ.
