Daniel's Prophecy:
The wise would understand and
cleanse themselves by his message,
but not until the end of days.

Daniel 12:9-10 CEV ...Daniel, go about your business, because the meaning of this message will remain secret until the end of time. (10) Many people will have their hearts and lives made pure and clean, but those who are evil will keep on being evil and never understand. Only the wise will understand.

Daniel 12:9-10 GNB ...He answered, "You must go now, Daniel, because these words are to be kept secret and hidden until the end comes. (10) Many people will be purified. Those who are wicked will not understand but will go on being wicked; only those who are wise will understand.

Daniel 12:9-10 ESV ...He said, "Go your way, Daniel, for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end. (10) Many shall purify themselves and make themselves white and be refined, but the wicked shall act wickedly. And none of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand.

Daniel 12:9-10 LITV ...And He said, Go, Daniel! For the words are closed up and sealed until the end time. (10) Many shall be purified and made white and tested. But the wicked shall do wickedly. And not one of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek.
