John 6:25-29 NWT . . .So when they found him across the sea they said to him: “Rabbi, when did you get here?” 26 Jesus answered them and said: “Most truly I say to YOU, YOU are looking for me, not because YOU saw signs, but because YOU ate from the loaves and were satisfied. 27 Work, not for the food that perishes, but for the food that remains for life everlasting, which the Son of man will give YOU; (John 6:63) for upon this one the Father, even God, has put his seal [of approval].” 28 Therefore they said to him: “What shall we do to work the works of God?” 29 In answer Jesus said to them: “This is the work of God, that YOU exercise faith in him whom that One sent forth.”

John 6:25-29 LITV . . .And finding Him across the sea, they said to Him, Rabbi, when did you come here? (26) Jesus answered them and said, Truly, truly, I say to you, You seek Me not because you saw miraculous signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were satisfied. (27) Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give to you; (John 6:63) for God the Father sealed this One. (28) Then they said to Him, What may we do that we may work the works of God? (29) Jesus answered and said to them, This is the work of God, that you believe into Him whom that One sent.

John 6:25-29 GW . . .When they found him on the other side of the sea, they asked him, "Rabbi, when did you get here?" (26) Jesus replied to them, "I can guarantee this truth: You're not looking for me because you saw miracles. You are looking for me because you ate as much of those loaves as you wanted. (27) Don't work for food that spoils. Instead, work for the food that lasts into eternal life. This is the food the Son of Man will give you. (John 6:63) After all, the Father has placed his seal of approval on him." (28) The people asked Jesus, "What does God want us to do?" (29) Jesus replied to them, "God wants to do something for you so that you believe in the one whom he has sent."

John 6:25-29 GNB . . .When the people found Jesus on the other side of the lake, they said to him, "Teacher, when did you get here?" (26) Jesus answered, "I am telling you the truth: you are looking for me because you ate the bread and had all you wanted, not because you understood my miracles. (27) Do not work for food that spoils; instead, work for the food that lasts for eternal life. This is the food which the Son of Man will give you, (John 6:63) because God, the Father, has put his mark of approval on him." (28) So they asked him, "What can we do in order to do what God wants us to do?" (29) Jesus answered, "What God wants you to do is to believe in the one he sent."

John 6:25-29 CEV . . .They found him on the west side of the lake and asked, "Rabbi, when did you get here?" (26) Jesus answered, "I tell you for certain that you are not looking for me because you saw the miracles, but because you ate all the food you wanted. (27) Don't work for food that spoils. Work for food that gives eternal life. The Son of Man will give you this food, (John 6:63) because God the Father has given him the right to do so." (28) "What exactly does God want us to do?" the people asked. (29) Jesus answered, "God wants you to have faith in the one he sent."

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
