Revelation 21:15-17 GNB (15) The angel who spoke to me had a gold measuring stick to measure the city, its gates, and its wall. (16) The city was perfectly square, as wide as it was long. The angel measured the city with his measuring stick: it was fifteen hundred miles long and was as wide and as high as it was long. (17) The angel also measured the wall, and it was 216 feet high, according to the standard unit of measure which he was using.

Revelation 21:15-17 CEV (15) The angel who spoke to me had a gold measuring stick to measure the city and its gates and its walls. (16) The city was shaped like a cube, because it was just as high as it was wide. When the angel measured the city, it was about fifteen hundred miles high and fifteen hundred miles wide. (17) Then the angel measured the wall, and by our measurements it was about two hundred sixteen feet high.

Revelation 21:15-17 ESV (15) And the one who spoke with me had a measuring rod of gold to measure the city and its gates and walls. (16) The city lies foursquare, its length the same as its width. And he measured the city with his rod, 12,000 stadia. Its length and width and height are equal. (17) He also measured its wall, 144 cubits by human measurement, which is also an angel's measurement.

Revelation 21:15-17 BBE (15) And he who was talking with me had a gold measuring-rod to take the measure of the town, and of its doors, and its wall. (16) And the town is square, as wide as it is long; and he took the measure of the town with the rod, one thousand and five hundred miles: it is equally long and wide and high. (17) And he took the measure of its wall, one hundred and forty-four cubits, after the measure of a man, that is, of an angel.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
