Romans 13:8-12 LITV Do not continue to owe no one, nothing, except to love one another. For the one loving the other has fulfilled the Law. (9) For, "Do not commit adultery," "do not murder," "do not steal," do not bear false witness, "do not lust," Ex. 20:13-15, 17 and if there is any other commandment, in this word it is summed up, in the words, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." [Exod 20:12-16 ; Deut 5:16-20 ; Lev 19:18] (10) Love does not work evil to the neighbor. Then love is the fulfillment of Law. (11) Also this, knowing the time, that it is now the hour for you to be aroused from sleep, for now our salvation is nearer than when we believed. (12) The night is far gone, and the day has drawn near; then let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the weapons of the light.

Romans 13:8-12 GNB (8) Be under obligation to no one---the only obligation you have is to love one another. Whoever does this has obeyed the Law. (9) The commandments, "Do not commit adultery; do not commit murder; do not steal; do not desire what belongs to someone else"---all these, and any others besides, are summed up in the one command, "Love your neighbor as you love yourself." [Exod 20:12-16 ; Deut 5:16-20 ; Lev 19:18] (10) If you love others, you will never do them wrong; to love, then, is to obey the whole Law. (11) You must do this, because you know that the time has come for you to wake up from your sleep. For the moment when we will be saved is closer now than it was when we first believed. (12) The night is nearly over, day is almost here. Let us stop doing the things that belong to the dark, and let us take up weapons for fighting in the light.

(12) The night is advanced [or, almost gone], but the day has drawn near; therefore, let us take off [fig., cease from] the deeds of the darkness, and let us put on [or, clothe ourselves with] the armor of the light.

Romans 13:8-12 CEV (8) Let love be your only debt! If you love others, you have done all that the Law demands. (9) In the Law there are many commands, such as, "Be faithful in marriage. Do not murder. Do not steal. Do not want what belongs to others." But all of these are summed up in the command that says, "Love others as much as you love yourself." [Exod 20:12-16 ; Deut 5:16-20 ; Lev 19:18] (10) No one who loves others will harm them. So love is all that the Law demands. (11) You know what sort of times we live in, and so you should live properly. It is time to wake up. You know that the day when we will be saved is nearer now than when we first put our faith in the Lord. (12) Night is almost over, and day will soon appear. We must stop behaving as people do in the dark and be ready to live in the light.
